Respected Sir/Madam, Under what competent sections of various acts do an offence for misappropriation of Public Money in construction of different Projects, Plants, Land Acquisitions and in Monthly of said Projects or Plants. Please do the needful

1) Lodge complaint with facts to ACB or CBI, who will investigate and frame charges based on revelations.
2) Quoting sections is not ur duty, but just to complain only. Rest Police will take care.
