I think you stand as surety for the bail. In that case, it is your responsibility to bring the accused in courts as and when required. In case the accused is not traceable, the action will be taken against and you may be liable to pay the surety amount.

if accused did not appear then court will impound the amount or surety you given before court and also summoned you to appear before court.
