Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My roommate has shown a false document on behalf of my name, and collected the deposit amount of 50,000INR, in which 16,500INR is my money. Now he has moved away from mumbai to pune. what should i do now ?

You can file a case of fraud but what evidence you have ?
Had he submitted the said forged Document with the third party ?
had he forged your sign somewhere to collect the money ?
