what can be panishment against false fir holder {compainent} under new laws [18 or 19th tarmeem] , if in court proved. my fraudi business partner lorged false fir and applied act qassas ard 324, 427, 506/2, 504-34 against me . it is pure reaction of my direcr complaint against him of 45 lacs fourgry has admitted in court . kia mazkura daffaat complainent per lagu husaki hain, plz tell me such refrence. jazak allah. for allah help me. thanks.

There are many remedies, civil as well as criminal. You can file a separate against him. You can ask magistrate to compensate you allegations stand fictitious. You can file a civil suit too.
