Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I have already moved 249 statment and my lawyer is also argu complete application fro other side only his lawyer is coming not the main person because other courts have issued non bailable warrant aganinst him that why he is not coming in the court so what can i do coming date. Because on coming i am sure he will not appear due to non balable warrant please advice
