Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am Sandeep Dhillon, I would like to know if I have applied for a loan with a financial company and I declared my assets false, but till now I did not take any amount from them as borrower.
And if they get to know my real assets value, they have any right to take action against me under IPC 420.

if you have not taken any loan from them then they have no right to file any case agaunst you.

If you will borrow money from them then then they can otherwise they have no right
