Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have satellited my case with paying all dues to complainant now we have to sattel matter in front of mediation other wise I (accuse) have to pay 10% of total amount. which payed by me. Now complainant is not interested to attend court because he get his money. Please guide me if matter not goes to meditation I have to pay 10% of amount to court? Please guide me.
