Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi,
seek your advise in case a person has forged documents by signing of my signature.
i) FIR is registered by IO without going through the 156 (3) order. Now for doing arrest, can he ask 156(3) order so that he can get additional power
ii) Can I make application to Public Prosecutor to prevent accused to get approval of Anticipatory bail on safer side as I don't have faith on IO?
Thanks

once FIR is registered then no need of 156(3).
Further 156(3) is only to direct the police to register FIR, it cannot give any extra power to police.
(ii) for safer side noone will help you except engage any local lawyer he will keep an eye if accused approach the court to get bail and he will inform you and also defend the case when required.
Good luck.
Regards
