Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i am selected in Bank of baroda as a probationary officer but i am under trail for case of ipc 374 . In my first hiring i got the bail.

So i want to ask will this case create any kind of problem in my joining in bank.

if yes, then how can i resolve this
