Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had sex few times with my ex girlfriend and the decision was completely mutual. Now we are separated as we couldn't adjust with each other. She is now threatening me to drag into court for having sex with her. Now my question is is she legally capable of doing this? There was no amount of force or anything, on the contrary she begged to me to penetrate her ( unfortunately I didn't record that statement while having sex)
