Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi i am shamim ahmed i live in Dwarka in my colony there is a family they have criminal criminal records that guy has 4 son all of them have some on running cases on them

I live with my mother my 3 brothers and one sister nd my father is no more. My two uncles live on first

And second floor.few days a girl came my uncle's garment shop she ask the addr of that person's elder son we told address so that guy came out and started abusing uncle.went to him and asked him why r u abusing and he just started fighting just from behind his other 2 son came out nd one of was carrying knife my cousin went to stop him nd he stabbed in to his stomach. We complaint nd those 3 guys went to jail nd now we came to know that girl who came to ask address used to live in a living relationship for six years. Nd he married to another girl.after this incident that first came to us and asked for a help and said she will help us and can be witness from ourside. So because of that she used to talk us on rarely occasions one day his other wife complaint against me my 2 uncles his 2 close friends that we abuse her and threaten her we even don't know her never spoke to her, we came to know about this complaint when we got a summon from court. It became bad to worst when one night police came to uncle's 2 friend's home one of them was not at home and 2nd one was there and police took him to police station and claimed that they have raped that girl was in living relationship with our neighbours elder son. Till that time uncle's name was not there , even he was in police.station to help his friend but in morning that girl took my uncle's name as well.Now those 3 guys came out and now they are saying "abhi to ek ne sirf 3 ko fasaya hai abhi dusri wali dekho kis kis ka naam leti hai, here me my family nothing to whith this crap i am a working guy i work in a MNC and keep away my self my second brother work in diakin a.c company he also go.office and come home nothing to with all this my 3rd brother work in mcdonalds as trainer he is also out of all this and 4th brother is studying in 12th. As my dad is not we worked very hard my mother worked very hard and bought us to this stage but they people are behind us badly and saying will spoil our future. They don't care about them. So my question is there any safety point or act we can do so if they try to trap is such fake cases. It wont harm us, you can do a verification we never involve in any police case and each of their family member is involved in criminal cases. Even they are absconded from their village. Please help me please save our future if u can�
