Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Single bench have dispose off their RIT and now they are trying to get stay from SC. Although on other side Judge has not given decision he is giving time to other party in this case what can i do against judge

Judge is not giving them time with malafide intention. Technically every order becomes final when the limitation period of the appeal, of that order, gets expired. Normally courts seek, that this period must get expired before taking a neccessary step.
However if you have strong convictions about your stated view, you can file a transfer of case application to an above authority.
