Sir I am amit Kumar sir my sister is missing since 18 Dec 2011 sir after checking call detail we lodged fir 64/2012,against three person after a lot of effort one was arrested and other one was found junavile he is 17 year 8 month old he is from powerful family police did not gave effort to catch him finally he was free from and police did not bought him judicial costdy even they wouldn't not ask single question about shalini finally we moved to high court and after that home secretary says to court that the case was not given to cbcid police is giving his best and he says that shalini was scolding with third boy and she is adult..so sir high court give case against to police and transferring of case to cbcid is frivolous sir after more than half year we does not found shalini..sir I m very proudly say that she was not scolding with anyone sir now what would I do sir please suggest us sir there is a big conspiracy.

Dear Mr Amit Kumar: I really sorry to learn about your sister's disappearance. The police is required to arrest all the accused and produce them before the court. A fair investigation is required. Even the accused happened to belong to a powerful family, the police is required to take appropriate action.

Please write complete details of the case and send the High Court order as an attachment with email. I will try helping you as far as possible. If needed, we may approach the Supreme Court for transfer of case to CBI or to some other investigating agency outside of the State.
