hi sir my name is amith .my dad hd tke a 1lac rupees loan frm his friend for my sister marriage for the loan my dad had given 2 blank cheques to him for the surety.nw he is demanding more interest & he is saying that he will take us to the court if we nt fulfill his demand & he will write 10 lac on the blank cheque instead of 1 lac..plz giv some solutions sir we want to get rid of him...

send him a notice and specify about the blank cheque in his possession tell him not to present the cheque. also state that the cheque were towards security and are blank cheques and he should not fill the amount without your consent. for further query contact 9312411481.
