Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, I have given some amount to a unauthorised broker for a piece of land (who was having agreement paper by his name), but he deceived me and registered the same property to own name instead of me. After that he has given me a cheque and it has bounce due to insufficient balance.
As well as I am also having a photo copy of a bounce cheque issued to someone by same person and through same Accts but sign was totally different.
Sir, please advice how I can get back my amount legally? Thinking you.
