Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir my brother in law is giving mental and physical torture to my sister in order to take divorce, my sis filed 498a,323 ipc acts,its under investigation,now my brother in law is posting abusing words against my sis on face book and he is sent a typed letter to my dept.(govt) in which he used defamating statements,so what shal v do now?he is giving torture to me and my family..and disturbing my work intrest.

File police complaint and case of defamation for use of abusive language to you and your sister.
