Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, my daughter got married to NRI. She was deserted after a month of marriage and her husband has done second marriage. Two cases are in Court viz. CriminaI case for 498a, 494 and another one for DV. Both cases are at initial stage, hearing has not yet started.
It has been more than 3 years of desertion. Is it advisable to file case for divorce on the basis of desertion and cruelty? Whether it will have any impact on 494, 498a and DV case?
