Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, my daughter Ms Prerna Shruti booked household goods to a domestic Packer & movers on 22.04.2018 at Bangaluru for relocation to Patna. But till now we have not received the goods. Address given on the address is found fake when enquired personally. Prerna Shruti is at present working in NewZealand. I, father of Ms. Prerna Shruti want to initiate legal action againt the Packer. Address of packer's Bangaluru and Patna Office is fake. Personal identity of Packer is also not availabe to us. Kindly guide us the recourse available. Can we file an FIR against packer. Thanking You.
