sir
divorce petition filed by husband in family court dismissed and the matter is in High Court. now he is showing as living in relationship in online social media (internet)
Q1- Can I file a case of adultery against him ?
Q2- Can I file any other case on the above matter?
Q3- Can the High Court dismiss the divorce petition on the above ground?

as the husband already filed a divorce petition and living separately from you, adultery may not be made out. the Petition cannot be dismissed on this ground alone.
