Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir i have enterd into an Agreement/contract with a person.this person has been using different kinds of signatures when he sends me letters or notices which differ from his signatures on original Agreement/contract.
1.Is this some sort of cheating on his part?
2.What does this imply and what should i do to make my stand legally stronger?
