Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir ,
My father registered a complaint against Delhi police IO and head const. regarding bribe of 1lakh .court order for investigation. But witness give the false statement that io and head const. Doesn't demand the money.
So we don't know what to do.
If my father wrong sabhit hue to kya sazha hog I. Please help me .

If your father's statement is not accepted, the accused may be acquitted. However, it is not likely to harm the witness even though the court has powers to take action for perjury.
