Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello Sir,
We have already filed 498 A case against my husband and my inlaws. Now, we have filed 354, 504 & 506 case against my husband. Now he has applied for bell. I have doubt that he will manage govt lawer also because my husband is also lawer in the same court. I just want to confirm that can i attend that case hearing from next date? Is it required to take permission from anyone to attend case hearing.
Pls help.
