Legal Question in Criminal Law in

thank you sir,

i filed a criminal case and polish being gained over by the accused puting pressure on me to sale the land to accused in other side i came to know that accused trying to put that land mudgage in bank for the cash credit facility, and that inposonate lady could not traced out either intentionally or by the help of accused absconded, what to do please advice .
