Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
hello sir, i have filled the case for quashing of Fir 420/120 B. which is against 9 people out of which three has reached a compromise. and now judge has come up with this decision as follows:-
"After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays
for permission to withdraw the instant petition. Permitted to do so.
Dismissed as withdrawn."
now i am thinking of filling an bail application is it possible that now i can get bail. and moreover police is not able to find the remaining 6 members.
please help me please revert asap.

You can ask the judge to quash the entire fir as the case pertains to criminal conspiracy. You may seek bail if your lawyer suggest so.
