sir. Me and my gf ran away my gf parents lodge fir 363 366a my gf favoring me 164 statment and trial court statment she want marry with me but she minor. Age 17 year 11 month trial court sent to nari niketan.. . 1. My gf muslim .law against hindu muslim marriage. 2. Some people and lawyer say trial court not give me her custody. 3. After major nari niketan release or cour release her. 4. Cour ask me what do you want. Plz suggest me because my parents and lawyer against me.

after she is released you can marry her by court marriage under special marriage act.
