HI Sir,
Good Morning .My sister cheated me and took all my share after my father death.she said pl sign after selling the property i will pay the share of yours after giving some debts of Dad's . I accepts and signed the document . but she said all amount went for debts of Dad. so no share for you. but she leading a very luxury life.
How to find her all property details so that i can file a case on her that she took my share because she is nit working and even his husband is not working but they lead a very luxury life. she didn't pay any tax after she sold my house.

Firstly check the details of sale in registrar office. You can ask for rendition of account and if necessity arise you can file civil suit also.
