Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hello sir, my husband is a doctor.he is having very nice practice . last feb

health officier and press, media people created problem to him and make him case like

419,420 ( fake doctor) case.

but he is having genuie certificate ,without verification health officiers and media

people made him suffer. then we went to high court for FIR - quash and we won the case

aslo. now we are happy. but we got huge loss , money, our respect . Media ,newpapers created bad name to us and aslo five days he was

in jail whe n it happen . so for his how we can put defamation case against media people

and health offcier . and investigation officier . please guide me how much amount we can put for this huge loss. sir we suffered from past one year a lot . our

lawyer is telling to put 5 crores against defamation case .. but we lost everything in

our life . so please guide me we are in confussed . my question is how we can handle

defamtion case

? how much amount we can put against them? what punishment will get for health officier

about wrong compliant.

you can file a suit for defamation and claim damages. But you will have to pay court fees on that. I will need to study your documents before i can advice you. contact 9312411481.

You have to file case of Defamation and claim damages as per your status.

It is not tough, it is already proved that they lodged wrong complaint.
