Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir
my husband's first marriage was dissolved by notary stamp paper..and thn on the same day they both went to family court to file divorce decree.
After six months his first wife withdraw her concent for divorce decree giving reason that she was forced to sign the stamp papers and divorce decree application...she dnt want this divorce.
So that their divorce decree was dismissed by default.
Meanwhile my husband cheated on me...he did not tell me the truth and urgently got married with me without waiting for his divorce decree order...not disclose that he went to get divorce decree by family court and her wife has withdrawn the concent.
He misguided me by showing his stamp paper divorce.
1) our marriage was registered
2) he demanded money from my parents which we have have to him, then he started beating me and kick away from his house so that i have filed dv , 498, 125 on him
3) recently I got to know that he has lied to me abt his first divorce
Now what shud I do ?
1) should I disclose his cheating
2) should I concentrate on maintenance
Now a days he is living with another girl and enjoying his life.
Kindly guide me what shud I do.
