23 Jan 15 - marriage, 24 jan 15 to 26 jan 15 -pilgrimage, 27 jan to 29 jan 2015- native, 30 jan to 31 jan 15 travel to mumbai, 1 Feb 15 - shopping and rest, 2 Feb 2015- to office, consummation as per custom set by her parents, wife not interested, 3 Feb 2015 - wife left home with her parents to native, 12 Feb 15- compliant at Chennai, transmitted to all woman cell at native, 28-Feb 15-came to know about compliant, 3-Mar 15 session court referred to social welfare officer enquiry, 18-mar 15 attended SWO enquiry, 11-Apr-15 Police enquiry, 13-Apr-15 Anticipatory bail from high court, 22-Apr-15-Applied RTI for enquiry report and compliant copy, 24-Apr-15 call from police station for negotiation for money, i refused. 4-may-15 Published false news on native local column in a newspaper on false allegation against me by police.News also says they filed dowry prohibtion act and crime prevention prohibtion act and enquiry is going on. I am not getting legal advice in my native. i am in mumbai. What about this defamation of police on regional edition newspaper? What is their motivation behind these things? Kindly your suggestion. Every day goes with lot of distress. Kindly help.
