Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir, i am in love with a girl and she too loves me. but yesterday she left a complaint against me that i am making unwanted call for her and she no more interested in talking to me. she also made a false promise to me that she will marry me and and on that basis she took money from me many times. but only proof i have is once i have sent some money to her brothers account and mobile recharges i have done for her using my bank accout. and also she used me for her sexual pleasure and we both had sexual intercourse many time. she subjected me to psycological torture. i have sent her father a letter saying about our relation and him to give his daughter to married to me. and also i am about to meet him but he told that if i meet him he will kill me. i am from kerala and now in pune and she is from orrisa. i have my last month mobile showing that i have talked to her about nine hours and now how it becomes unwanted call. i am mentally got tortured by her and now in a stage of attempting to suicide. can i file a complaint againt her for above reasons. please help me.

Please give youself time. give this relationship a breathing space. Sometimes being overbearing kills a relationship. Relax she may be having second thoughts about the relationship or her parents may be forcing her to call it off?? Please dont centrew your life around one girlfriend. There are 1000 reason for you to live life. Your parents deserve the love and care. so dont thimk suicidal think sensibly.Avoid litigation at this stage it will be a sheer waste of time money and energy.

Yes you should go ahead and file case of cheating.

On the pretext of marriage, she used you. If this case will be succeeded then it will be an example for whole world that girl also usually cheat the boys.

I am not against the girls but i think boys and girls both should have equal right when they are on wrong footage.
