Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, I m dealing solely with 138 ni act cheque bouncing cases.
I issue non bailable warrant after issue of summons through registered post to the accused.
I want to know whether there is any observation by hon' ble "supreme court" that ordinarily bailable warrant shall b issued after summons. If yes , kindly provide that citation. Its urgent.
