sir, m rajasthan se belong krta hu. 2006 m mere father ne suside kiya the. us wqt hmne police m forn report de di thi. ur sbhi kanooni karvayi complete kr li thi. 2010 m hmare ek uncle ne property k lalch m hm pr papa ka murder case dair kr diya. bd m hui police inqiry m isme FR lgi papa ki death suside ko mana gya ur bd m court ne bi is case ko reject kr diya. police inqiry m false murder charge k liye uncle pr IPC ki act 211 k anusar karvayi ki anusnsa ki gyi h. ab kya hm us pr IPC 211 ur sath MANHANI ka mukdma dayar kr sktey h kya? plz reply sir
