Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
SIR, AFTER MARRIAGE MY WIFE STAYED ONLY FOR 20 DAYS, WHEN I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT HER ILLEGAL CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS, SHE MADE COMPLAINT AGAINST ME U/s 498A, and 3,4 OF DP ACT. WITH OUT NO FAULT OF MINE. CASE IS PENDING. . MY QUESTION IS AM I ELIGIBLE FOR STATE/CENTRAL GOVT JOBS.
