sir mentally disorder person attempt to kill my dad reason there is a ancestral property whose marketing value is around 6 crores on my grand father dad nominated my grandfather had 4 sons one of my dad and the person who attacked on my dad who is mentally disorder and physically violent person around my neighbours so my sir I want legally advice what i take actions against mentally disorder persons and the other persons who are allegedly involved in this case i need emergency suggestion what I take further steps according to mind a law of india. the person who are attacked on my dad who are physically violent and attacked on my dad and another persons who are living in the society for public and human right and as well as public safety and home protection what I take further steps agains these people. I humbly requested to you my sir I need emergency support regarding what i take further step against this tragedy would be happened around us

Immediately, you have to lodge FIR against such persons attacking on your family and one complain case also you should have to file in the criminal court under which jurisdiction you are and the such persons are living.
