Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, my nephew involve in the case of stealing bikes, that's why police has send a notice of kurki jabti. Three of my brother one is staying home other two are ex service man. On paper we are not separate, but verbally we are separate. Can police seizre my property also. My native place is Bihar and staying in Mumbai with family. Kindly suggest me procedure
