Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir,
I had paid around 6.6 lacks to a person known thru my cuisine thro bank joint a/c of him and his wife .This was arranged after he came to my house with his wife and convinced me and my family for getting a job /admission in collage for my son in abroad in 2015. Nothing had happened and he was telling that he will return the money and the final date was last December 2017. Now he has no connection over phone to me and he is not responding to my calls. PL ADVISE ME TO FILE A CASE AGAINST HIM
