249 pe barri nai hota .. 249-A pe hota hai.. Lekin dono sorato mei usko nikalna b ghalat hai.. [email protected]

Section 249 Criminal procedure code of Pakistan

k yeht , court case ko dakhil daftar krti hain, iss section k teht koi barri nae hota ha

lakin agar section 249-a of Cr.P.C k under , koi court order krti ha to wo acquittal ho gi

But as an employee , agar aap ko relief nae mil raha ha to ye b kafi ha k aap ka case dakhil daftar ha

aap Service tribunal ya phir high court rujoo kr saktay hain
