hi, sir i wish to know what are the procedure to get cancel the non bailable warrant directly with lawyers help, without police taking us personnely can we go directly to court & request for cancellation of Non bailable warrant, Matter would be of Cheque bouncing, matter of amount around 65000/=

yes, the NBWs can be canceled by moving an application before the concerned magistrate who issued the warrants.

yes you have to go to the court and apply for cancellation of NBW.
