Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir, by profession I am a travel agent iata approved ,assisting in international and domestic airline ticketing,. I have been doing this business for 09 yrs. I have been dealing with one of our client since last 3 years mutual credit basis. but since last dec2015 he is not paying. I have ticket copy details. what should I do now. I had issued him notice from lawyer, but that notice was also returned by him.
