SIR I Have a question related to mact case i need a some refrences &citation;of judgements of mact cases in which petitioner filled a case after saveral years of accident for their disability,
my main question is that i was suffred in accident 14 years back and after my accident my treatment was continue to saveral years but ultimataly my hand is disabled and i filled a mact case in 2012 in delhi so i would like to ask you is court consider loss of future earning in my case as my case is exceptional as at the time of accident i was minor but now i am major and presentaly i am post graduate with unemployed due to my disability also i lost all my previous job due to my disability so i just wanted to ask on the basis humanity is court consider a loss of future earning in my case or not ?please answer
