sir i received cheque amount of 35000/-.at vizag. andhra pradesh. it is returned due to insufficient funds. i shifted to hyderabad. can i file case in hyderabad. can you advice regarding this issue.

The place of jurisdiction may be either where the cheque is dishonored or the place from where the cheque was issued.
