Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir in which section of IPC or other procedure, holding double voter is criminal offence...what is punishment for it ...and how could filed case against govt servant who r using double voter card..by different name or same name...whether, govt servant could be terminated from service

1) Why do u bother about sections and punishments? U seem to take revenge against someone. If u r serious, having evidence to prove the wrong, then lodge FIR with Police.

2) Lodge FIR with Police narrating full facts and all evidences available. Simply describe the incident in ur own natural way. The complaint should be in writing duly signed with full contact details. Even online complaints should be followed by hard copy. Police will investigate, may register FIR u/s 154 of CrPC and frame charges based on the evidences under what section the offence falls.

3) Never ask hypothetical Query or for academic/ general discussion nor to teach law. Be specific. Ask directly with facts, how r u affected, and what exactly is ur practical problem/ objective in short.
