Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir

My son is engaged in criminal activities and lives in our house (owned by my father) as he is not earning and has no place to go. I have disowned him by publishing in 2 National News papers. He is not leaving the house and is a headache for us and neighbours. I had approached the police but they did not take any action saying this is our internal matter and we should sort out ourselves. how can we get rid of him. we had also furnished bails for him in two cases of theft which are still going on. what can we do to get rid of him and protect ourselves from law because he is capable of murder or some other serious crime and abscond leaving us to harassment by police.
