Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir other state firm send me a notice under 138, but I am not receive any goods and not contected with him last six seven years and no dues balance .but they found, lost blank chaque and they enter new date on chaque against new bill , its totally fake , my firm was closed last five years, what is the remedy this situation please sir give me answer

On the one hand you are saying that you closed your firm five years back, then how can a new bill arise ? You should give your reply to the notice stating all the facts correctly.
