Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, please let me know is there any upper limit for the judicial custody of the accused when the Trial is going on against them u/s IPC 120B. Also why the JC is given in few days interval and few weeks instead of at a strecth for a long period.

There is no upper limit of JC. It may continue till end of trial.
