Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir, my wife & I had dispute with some matter, then she living with her parents home for 3 years, not doing any divorce or legal separation, oneday we meet outside but some conversation turn into arguments then he calls police & arresting me, the police giving charges on me- IPC 341/323/354/506, next day I get bail from court, the trial is running in barrackpore court, but now she want to settle down with me, she want to withdrawal my case.So what procedure should follow to withdrawal the case with both parties mutual. As per she is my wife not happend any separation or divorced, why police give charges on me ipc 354, I don't know, please guide me. What time should take to withdrawal my case, my next date is 05/07/2016.

1) The case is filed by ur wife not u. She has to withdraw by filing

compounding petition before the court on the next date of hearing

or seek next date for compromise finalization.
