Sir, My first wife was separated still 11 years but not divorced. My second wife knows about first wife matter she married in 2007. Now my second wife put false case 498a & 125crpc Maintenance. I want to know my second marriage is valid or not & my second wife eligible for maintenance.

Second marriage is void and 498a may not be maintainable.
