Sir, My wife stayed with me only 27 days,she filed 498a case & DP Act against me, my parents and sister,she is not interested to stay with me,she want divorce from me,she demanding 50 lakhs,she mentioned in compliant i asked more money from her,i am impotent(unfit for sex),i didnt asked single money from her,i came to know from her preivous organisation she was not interested to marry me,her parents and brother forced her to marry me,now we are planning to file petition in HC to quash the 498a case,please give me suggestion

U can FILE PETITION TO HIGH COURT FOR QUASHING FIR , unless gone through F.I.R. I M UNABLE TO ANS. WHETHER IT WILL WORK OR NOT, HOWEVER U CAN FILE THE SUIT FOR DECLARATION THE MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID.
