Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Sir, 4 yrs ago i have been charged in a rape and murder case under section 201 IPC,
and this is a false allegation made against me to hamper my image in society though i am a social worker and a political activist. the allegation is made by the elder brother of the deceased against me by sec-164 IPC that he had been threatened by me to take away the dead body from where it was,and keep it on a open crop field though the said crop field is mine. Sir does it is granted by the honble court the 164 of elder brother ? sir i am help less please help me in this matter by your precious advice. thanks and regards girbanas banerjee
