Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir,
due to some negligence of wife's lawyer, wife lost her case in 498a. now on this behalf husband is requesting court to stop interim relief under section 125 crpc.
can wife have any way out or any higher court case decision to help her still get interim relief ?
